To share a document in online electronic journal:

An electronic journal refers to a journal or document which is accessed by using electronic gadgets. They are generally used for research and educational purposes.

Now, they do not appear over the internet out of magic or some trick. They are uploaded by people. In order to share a document to the electronic journal, one should approach the option of sharing or sending the file to a destination.

After clicking the share or send to option, the user is prompted with a dialog box which asks for the details of the sharing of the file like uploading details may require the URL.
