First you go to the 3 dots neer the x you pres it thin you go to downloads and it shod be ther i hop i help if so make me the branliy

There should be a file type at the end of the name if not, look to the right in your file viewer (Amusing you use windows) it should also say the file type there.

P.S. Some file types are png jpg exe bat that's not all but might help.
