Two disadvantages of using a mobile phone rather than using a desktop computer to access the internet are:

1) A phone screen is very small compared to a desktop computer and can be difficult for some to read.

2) It is difficult to do extensive work or reasearch on a phone due to its size and that a lot of websites are not completely compatable with a mobile phone.
