Some of the users in one part of the building can't pull up your company's intranet site in their browsers. the site comes up on your machine. you remote into their machines and attempt to ping the server that hosts the site and it fails. this is an example of a/n problem.

As the system admin or support technician, I would want to confirm whether these users are indeed connected to the internet or not. I’d also check whether the intranet site is hooked up and try to find out whether there is a scheduled maintenance that I am not aware of.  I would also want to confirm whether these users, by any chance, are using a proxy. I’d check for these and many other connectivity and try and offer solutions
