3. Scissors Select Tool: The scissors select tool the image that you want and removes the background. By using the scissors select tool, draw an outline to only get the picture  

-Scale tool: This tool is used to scale layers, when clicked on the picture it opens up a box where you can scale/adjust the width and height

- Crop tool: removes portion of pictures that are not needed by the user and only the focused picture is obtained

-Colorize: this feature allows you to add color to a grey image or can change the color of an image  

6. Layers: they give an effect of transparency and shadows, that can be applied to different parts of the image

if you have a hp laptop on the top row of your keyboard there sould be a button that says prt sc , click that then wait a second then open the paint app open the clipboard and hit paste then save as a file. hope that ^-^
