Mole fraction of components in a mixture can be calculated as follows;
Mole fraction of KCl = number of moles of KCl / (KCl moles + H₂O moles)
mass of KCl dissolved - 26.0 g
Molar mass of KCl - 74.5 g/mol
Number of KCl moles - 26.0 g/74.5 g/mol = 0.35 mol
Mass of water - 225 g 
Molar mass of water - 18 g/mol
Number of water moles - 225 g /18 g/mol = 12.5 mol
total number of moles in the mixture - 0.35 + 12.5 = 12.85

Mole fraction of KCl -
