Why does a 20 degree fahrenheit piece of metal feel colder than a 20 degree fahrenheit towel?

Now, both of these can feel strange around specific temperatures, but allow me to cite what I have found!

Ok, metal is a very consumable resource of light because it is mainly shady black, and black eats up more light and that way it gets more stubborn with changing temperatures in general!
