With that being the case, you start with 3.50 moles of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in today’s batch. How many molecules of NaOH do you have? Part 2: Sodium laurate is a soap derived from coconut oil. Its molecular formula is C12H23NaO2 and it appears as below (each intersection of lines represents a C-C bond and H bonds are not shown)

Part 3: Your batch of soap is complete! You began with 3.50 moles of NaOH. How many grams of glycerol (reference slide 3 for image; C3H8O3) were produced after the reaction was complete? Complete as if NaOH is the limiting reagent.
