Carbon-14 has a half-life of 5730 years if you start with a 2.37 g sample how much would remain after 17,190 years? Manganese-56 is a beta emitter with a half-life of 2.6 hours. What is the mass of manganese-56 in a 500 mg sample at the end of 10.4 hours?

A sample of thorium-234 has a half life of 24.1 days. Is that sample is allowed to decay for 96.4 days and 4.67 grams remains, what was the original mass of the samples?

Percent ionization for a weak acid (ha) is determined by the following formula: percent ionization=[ha] ionized[ha] initial×100%for strong acids, ionization is nearly complete (100%) at most concentrations. however, for weak acids, the percent ionization changes significantly with concentration. the more diluted the acid is, the greater percent ionization.a certain weak acid, ha, has a ka value of 9.4×10? 7.part acalculate the percent ionization of ha in a 0.10 m solution.part bcalculate the percent ionization of ha in a 0.010 m solution
