Sodium  - yellow
Copper - blue
Barium compounds - green
Lithium + strontium - red
Calcium - orange
High temperature (aluminum + magnesium w/ gunpowder) - white

You can create more colors by mixing these chemicals together. You can mix lithium with copper to produce a purple firework.
