In a reaction chamber, 3.0 mol of Al are mixed with 5.3 mol Cl2 and they react. The following balanced chemical equation describes the reaction: 2Al(s) + 3Cl2(g) > 2AlCl3(s) Hint#1 The "given" (3.0 and 5.3) is already in moles so you don't have to convert to moles, go straight to "mole to mole ratio". Compare the numerical value in moles of each reactant (Al and CL2) to determine the limiting reactant. (see below)
