up to 100°C. Then you put 100 mL (100 g) of water into your trusty styrofoam calorimeter.
Immediately, the water in the calorimeter rises from 15°C to 22°C, where it reaches equilibrium with
the metal.
1) What is the specific heat capacity of the metal spoon?
2) Is the spoon silver? How do you know? (Hint: the specific heat capacity of silver is 0.24 J/g°C)
