LiF has the highest melting point.

Reason: If we compare the bond length of the molecules we find that LiF has the shortest bond length due to the fact that F is smallest out of F, Cl, Br, I. As the bond is very short the bond is stronger and hence we need to provide much more energy to break the bond. Hence a higher boiling point.
