(d). IF2- has the smallest bonding angle. This is because it has two lone pairs which increases the repulsive forces between the bonds in order of L.P/L.P>>L.P/B.P>>B.P/B.P hence bonds are near each other there by decreasing the angle.

(e): IF2- has the strongest dipole moment, since it's less symmetrical than PO2- hence the dipole moments of IF2- hardly cancel out which increases it's dipole strength.
