I need advice... ive been skipping out on having my vitamins and pills for awhile without telling my parents. i just dont like taking pills and vitamins so my habit is to throw them away. I read that this can really hurt you and idk what to do. Will taking them again save me?

Maybe you should get some from your teacher and learn more so you can get your grades up and maybe study a bit more
