bases are species which can donate electron pair

Acc. to Lowry-Bronsted concept,

Acids are species which can donate hydrogen atom

So,BF3,AlCl3 and PCl5 are acids according to Lewis bcuz they have the tendency to accept electrons but accord to Bronsted concept they can`t donate a hydrogen atom.
