No, I do not believe that Earth is the only place with life. With how vast the universe is, it would be arrogant to think that. Even if there is no other life within the Milky Way Galaxy, there has to be some somewhere. Earth has life because of how far it is from its star, there have to be other planets just like that out there somewhere. Scientists have even found living bacteria on asteroids not from Earth.
