chemical gradient is defined as the a gradient appearance by the dissimilarity in concentration of a certain type of solute in an universal solvent take examples like salt in water.

 electrical gradient is defined as the  disparity between the electrical potential of a given solute in an universal solvent. fundamentally, if the chemical that establishes the chemical gradient is electrically charged. Then the diversity in the charge over the barrier will produce an electrical gradient
