A 1 % solution of a high viscosity grade of sodium carboxymethylcellulose was analyzed at 27°C in a Rotovisco viscometer. The solution was observed to be pseudoplastic; thus the exponential, FN =7 G, was used to fit the data using the logarithmic form LogG =N Log F Log h and the data from the following table.
