Juan and richie spread out some clay on their lab bench. this was to model the earth; soil and rocks. they placed a large ice cube on the clay to model a glacier and they waited for the ice to melt. when the ice turned to water, they mopped it up and there was a depression left in the clay. the boys had modeled a glacier the earth.
