Chemistry! !

i'm suppose to convert the given information: gps speed of 40.1 miles per hour and convert that to meters, or convert 32.03 meters to miles.

i really do not understand how to do this, but if someone could show me where to start and teach me what to do i'd appreciate it. i'm just stuck : (
