Explanation:

Accuracy is the nearness of measurement to true value.

Precision deals with the ability to be able to reproduce a set of result.

In calculating percentage error, we simply find the difference between the approximately measured value and the true value. We then divide by the true value and express as a percentage.

This percentage shows how much error was incurred in our expriment which did not yield the true value. An accurate result has a low percentage error.

as per the hunds rule:

1. electrons tend to avoid being in the same orbital as per as practicable.
