What must employers provide for those workers who are subject to 15 or more days of dermal exposure?

Employers must provide their employees with a medical surveillance program (MSP) if they are subject to 15 or more days of dermal exposure in a year.  

When employees come in contact with harmful chemicals and substances such as lead, arsenic, pesticides or benezene in their work, these chemicals can come in contact with their skin and be absorbed by it. This can cause health hazards for employees since dermal exposure and potential skin absorption of some chemicals is toxic to the human body.
