The pressure that came from potential risk with tend to make a person make more irrational decision will negatively affect one's leadership prowess.

The best way to explain this is that as a result of Nishimatsu's leadership style, it is possible that the cognitive bias of representativeness could potentially come into play. This cognitive bias occurs when there is a level of uncertainty about the way that things might come into play, yet the individual is still going to make the assumption or judgement about what could occur.
