A bankruptcy trustee filed a complaint in federal district court pursuant to a federal statute to recover property transferred by the debtor after the filing of the bankruptcy petition to two transferees for less than reasonably equivalent value. According to the complaint, one defendant had received real property valued at $250,000, and the other defendant, in an unrelated transaction, had received personal property valued at $25,000.
