In economics anything's equilibrium is established by plotting it's demand against supply when both intercept we call it the equilibrium moving towards the wage equilibrium we must plot the demand for Labour curve ( we get this curve by adding the demand schedule in which we add each individual demand to make an aggregate which can be plotted )against the supply For Labour curve(Similarly we have a supply schedule which is calculated by adding individual supplies of labour to get the aggregate supply) where both supply and demand meet for Labour we call this the equilibrium by tracing this intercept to x axis we get the equilibrium quantity of labour and by tracing the y axis we get the equilibrium wages of labour (for the labour market we measure X axis in terms of quality of labour and the y axis in terms of the wage rate)
