Body language messages that project trust include a firm, warm handshake; a pleasant facial expression; erect posture; a pleasant, energetic tone of voice; and a tall, deliberate walk.

Positive body language includes those nonverbal movements and gestures that are communicating interest, enthusiasm, and positive reactions.  Examples are:

1. a relaxed posture - means your are relaxed and comfortable

2. eye contact - look the person who you are having a conversation with in the eyes both when you are talking and listening. This means you are interested and proactive.
