The "right-to-know" law requires your employer to have a written hazardous communication (hazcom) program including:

a list of all hazardous chemicals known to be in the workplace
b.
a safety data sheet (sds) for each hazardous chemical
c.
a training plan to communicate hazard information to you and other employees
d.
a warning label on each container of a hazardous chemical
e.
all options are required under the "right-to-know" law
