What are five factors that might demand a particular job receive a higher wage than other jobs and explain why that factor should be considered when setting a job's wage.

Here are 5 factors I can think of

The subject is new and there are not many people trained in that direction, e.g. blokchain technology.The subject demands specific skillet which is not usually a skill of average or below-average candidate, e.g. advanced computational work involved.It is field job or in remote area which needs the candidate to spend her/his time away from family and friends, e.g. job at the oil rig.The nature of job has different shifts (days and night) and there is no fixed schedule, e.g. call center.If there is a need of working on holidays and work load further increases during these days, e.g. salesman during Christmas.  

Explanation:

These factors involves efforts and energy of the applying candidate during those hours which she/he is suppose to spend with family. So he is compromising/sacrificing and should be paid high wages.

Iwould want a good job, home, and city/state. the reason being is i want to have a nice life and stay healthy. i want to get a good salary!
