Joe has worked in the restaurant/bar industry for over 10 years. He has pretty much held every position in a restaurant, including bartender. He’s been saving his money to one day buy a bar of his own. Driving one day he notices that a location he has always dreamed of putting his bar has come up for sale. He is both excited and nervous.
