The window operator is assisted by other employees who prepare the orders. Customers arrive at the ordering station to the drive-through window at a rate of 20 per hour (Poisson distributed) and the service time is 2 minutes (negative exponential distribution). Torchy's management estimates that the cost of customer waiting time in terms of customer dissatisfaction and lost good will is $15 per hour waiting in line to get their food (referring to the total time waiting in the system, queue and service) Assuming that the drive through is open 12 hours per day, how much is this costing them in customer dissatisfaction per day
