Q1. Freshcode is a software house and makes software for businesses. The business process outsourcing step-by-step guide from the first client's request till the start of developing the product is listed below. Prepare a business process diagram using the standard notations (BPMN). 1. Receive client's request (via email, Linkedin, website contact form, or other communication channels)

2. Freshcode Manager contact client within one business day

3. If Client has requirements for product development, he sends it, and if not then we send a list of follow-up questions to the Client for creating a requirements list and to review the project fully. At this stage, we sign an NDA to keep Clients' ideas confidential

4. Freshcode Manager fills out a brief and hands it over to Business Analyst

5. Business Analyst reviews Client's requirements

6. If the Client's requirements list is not exhaustive, BA creates a list of follow-up questions and requests their design/mockups/wireframes

7. The Client sends design/mockups/wireframes. If he or she has no designs at all, BA creates tough wireframes for the Client (or as an additional stage we offer a Discovery Phase). The Client makes changes to the wireframes if it's necessary.

8. If design/mockups/wireframes are agreed and requirements are being enough to form a rough cost estimate BA creates it

9. BA decomposes all the tasks associated with a project and creates a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

10. If the Client wants a Fixed Price contract we offer a Discovery Phase. If the Client wants Timing and Material we prepare detailed follow-up questions

11. Discussing all details of the project workflow and rough cost estimation results via video call involving all stakeholders and amending findings if it's necessary

12. If the Client is all right with rough cost estimation and he is ready to collaborate BA creates a final accurate estimation

13. Contract is signed and project starts.

Total marketing effort is a term used to describe the critical decision factors that affect demand: price, advertising, distribution, and product quality. define the variable x to represent total marketing effort. a typical model that is used to predict demand as a function of total marketing effort is based on the power function: d = axb suppose that a is a positive number. different model forms result from varying the constant b. sketch the graphs of this model for b = 0, b = 1, 0< b< 1, b< 0, and b> 1. (we encourage you to use excel to do this.) what does each model tell you about the relationship between demand and marketing effort? what assumptions are implied? are they reasonable? how would you go about selecting the appropriate model?
