Perform an online or offline search, and choose a technology firm near your location. You must then call and speak to someone from the firm's Human Resources department (preferably the HR manager) and conduct a brief (15- to 20-minute) interview with them. During the interview, you need to ask questions about the company's core functions, the different types of jobs available in the company, a list of qualities that the company expects from its employees, and so on. In other words, your questions should cover the points that the HR department would include in the company's Code of Conduct Manual.
