One morning, you decide to go to garage sales to look for some nice furniture for your 5 year old daughter’s bedroom. At one house, you find a very nice dresser set marked for $140. You know this is a heck of a deal because similar dresser sets go for about $800 brand new. The main problem is that your wife may not like the color of the furniture so you can’t buy it without her approval. You have forgot your phone, so you need to go quickly to your house to pick up your wife so she can see the furniture. Your primary concern is that the owner might sell the furniture before you can get back. What could you possibly do to control this situation and buy the furniture if you wife approves
