I would teat them like an equal because no matter who or what we are we are all human beings and we should be treated like one. Just because I'm their supervisor does not mean i can treat them like trash. Supervisor is just a name people give others to put them over someone else. Everyone if not almost everyone wishes they could have more in life and I believe they work for it they can achieve it. I don't need one name to tear someone down. In fact I don't tear them down at all instead I help them be the best them no matter what. Just because i have a fancy name doesn't mean i have to stop being their friend. the name just tears people down sometimes
