Employees will attend a two-hour workshop designed to train them to watch for shoplifters. They will also be taught procedures that should be used when identifying a potential shoplifter. This workshop primarily includes videos of Walstart’s policies, conducted in large rooms that can accommodate up to 150 trainees at a time. You are called in to help Walstart evaluate the effectiveness of their training program.
