Organizational design and change is a process that manages organizational structure and culture to achieve organizational goals. Organizational culture are the set of norms and accepted behaviour that is shared and controls communication and interaction in the organization all geared towards achieving organizational goals. We can see that organizational structure,design and change as well as culture fall under organizational theory which studies all its dimensions. Organizational design and change connects and manages organizational structure and change and design. All organizational components are geared towards achieving organizational goals.
