I will apply for the government loan. I expect that will contribute xx dollars. That will bring our breakeven down so we have breathing room. That means that over and above our monthly retainer income of tbd ($30,500), we will need approximately $55k/month to be at breakeven where breakeven has been lowered by a 30 day rent reduction that I believe I can extend for one more month. I've combed through your expenses and there are no other major expense categories where we can reduce in any meaningful way. We may get some benefits from working virtually but I don’t have the data yet. So, the question is, can you identify roughly $55k in revenue above the $30.5k of monthly flat fees.
