A HPWS helps to determine the nature of job done by the company and enables to design the jobs required to run the company.It involves identifying and attracting the type of employee needed to fill the job, and evaluates the employee performance and compensates properly which helps them to stick on with the company.

HPWS reduces manual work of HR employees and system based work eases the following tasks.

Employees who are highly involved in developing high performance work systems will be fully engaged and performing better.HPWS can be used globally to good result.
