" do you think managers should use twitter and other social media? can you be an effective manager today without using new media? why? i do think all managers need to use social media. it is a highly effective tool that has the potential to reach thousands of people. not only is social media a quickand effective way to notify customers of new products/services or important announcements, but managers can use it in individual cases to show the public how invested they are in their company. i don’t think managers can be effective without using new technologies because ideas and methods are always changing and businesses have to keep up so they do not become outdated and inefficient.
