Being a good student, you volunteer to write a program for an it 106 instructor to calculate the class average for the midterm exam in his/her class. a class always has between 1 and 30 students, but the exact number of students in the class is unknown. midterm exam grades fall within the range of 0.0 through 100.0, inclusive of these values. write a small program that continuously prompts the user to enter midterm exam grades for one class, until the user enters a sentinel value of -1. you must remember to check to make sure only valid midterm exam grades in the range specified are entered, displaying an error message when an invalid midterm exam grade is entered. once the sentinel value is reached, display the average midterm exam grade of all midterm exam grades entered, formatted to the "tenths" decimal place.

assumption: you may assume the user will always enter only numeric values. you do not need to check if the value the user has entered is numeric or not.

hints:

remember to use constants as appropriate, along with other good design practices you have learned in the course

remember to use string. format to format a string

based on your understanding of the program's requirements, try to think about what a few sample runs of the program might look like. don't forget to consider bounds checking.

note: for input/output, you must use the joptionpane class.

your code must compile using the jgrasp ide. if your code does not compile using jgrasp (for any reason), a grade of 0 will be earned. no exceptions!

upload your completed .java file. make sure you upload the .java file and not the .class file
