The decision to keep food should be based its nutrition, the expired date or the timing, and your health condition.

In keeping food, it's essential to always put attention on

1. The nutrition or ingredient. Every food has different type of ingredients. Some of them is very easy to get rotten. Moreover its also important to see on your diet. Because not every meal is good for your health. Keeping junk and fast food will give you more disadvantages.

2. The expired date. Every food has different life-time. Always check the expired date before you keep them in the fridge. Also in terms of consuming them, you always need to see whether you are in hurry or not. Because  every food needs a proper time to eat it. If you are in a hurry, better not to eat a plentiful and time-consuming food like a lobster.

3. The health condition, every dietician always see their patient before recommending the set of diet for food. Keeping the food that will never be consumed also just a waste of time and energy.
