A25 year old male truck driver named jones works for louis trucking company left his truck unattended for 10 minutes. some of the product in the truck was stolen and the truck driver was suspended by company without pay for 2 weeks. jones learned that at or around the same time another company truck driver named kaiser (a 52 year old male) had also left his truck unattended and had product stolen. kaiser was not suspended and was back on the road the next day. are there any law/laws in which jones can sue louis trucking. if so, what would be the strategy for jones to win and the company’s strategy in defense?
