The answer is actually B) Abrasions which is the tear of the skin like scrapes, cuts etc. which makes our body vulnerable to bacteria and viruses. If our skin has an open wound bacteria and viruses take that chance to attack the body because they have already went past the first protection of our bodies which is our skin.
