What are the effects of regular exercise, especially aerobic activities, on the ots?

Exercising regularly specifically aerobic exercises will provide a positive effect on the OTS or Oxygen Transport System by improving the following areas. First, it would increase the lung efficiency and capacity as well. It would as well increase the cardiac output and lastly increase in the capacity of the muscles using oxygen for energy.
