The reaction will be;
Glucose 6- phosphate =  Glucose + Pi
The enzyme catalyzing the conversion or hydrolyzes glucose 6 phosphate to free glucose and inorganic phosphate is glucose 6-phosphatase.
The effect will be that your blood sugar will increase as glucose is released from the liver cells into your blood stream.
