The body requires nutrient and energy in the form of Fat, Proteins and carbohydrates also known as the macro nutrient. Fats are the one which enables the metabolic function of the body.

Fats are of two types. Saturated Fat and unsaturated fat. Saturated fatty acids are not good as it is stored in the solid form and unsaturated fatty acids are good as stored in a liquid form. Fats are rich in energy which helps the body to protect it’s organs and provides energy for the smooth functioning of the system .
