Heterogeneous mixture is a mixture which different parts you can see and easy pick them out, a mixture that is possible to separate by physical procedures Homogeneous mixture on the other hand is a mixture impossible to separate by physical procedures.Guacamole can not be separated, so it is a homogeneous mixture.
