True or false? a new patient who shows up at the medical office and wants to have a physical examination should be seen on the same day even if there are no openings so that the practice does not lose a new patient.

Actually commercially its surely true, but ethically its false, the reason being if medical office considers all the new patients just as business or money, then nothing else matters for them, but on the other side if medical office operates on humanity and then cases based on true merits then humanity comes first over the other commercial things for sure.
