The ADP and NADP+ ion that are produced in Calvin cycle are sent back to the light dependent reaction. ADP gains phosphate and converts to ATP while NADP+ gains hydrogen ion and converts to NADPH.  

ATP is used again in a Calvin cycle to provide energy while NADPH donates an electron in order to convert carbon dioxide into sugar. At the end of the Calvin cycle they are again sent to the light reaction as stated above.
